The 3/50 Project

Numbers once used to discuss how bad pollution and climate change had gotten (check out 350.org for all of those details) are now being used to highlight the importance of our local businesses. According to The 3/50 Project, “If half the employed population spend $50 a month in locally owned independent businesses, it would generate more than $42.6 billion.” That’s an economic recovery we can get on board with.
