Know what can break up a daily routine? Adding a simple, polite adjective here and there. As you carry on normal conversations today, interject a compliment when appropriate. Tell someone they did an exceptional job. Let someone know that their outfit is outstanding. Or, when writing a note, copy our lead when we ship something from our online store and insert an adjective before someone’s name. Folks really get a kick out of being thought of as awesome, extraordinary or wonderful. Don’t cheese it up, though. Remember: those name games weren’t all that fantastic when we were kids, right?
