School starts soon (maybe not for you, but for millions of children and teens everywhere). Look around your office, go to the supply closet, peer deep into your desk drawer (who knows what's in there?) and grab those bundles of pencils, that extra glue, and some reams of paper. Stuff them in a backpack and take them to your local public school. Let the principal know you're donating the stuff for general use, or 'adopt' a particular class. And make sure a worthy and needy kid gets the shiny new backpack. Do this again when school resumes in January.
