Treat yourself to an introduction.

We have written about meeting your neighbors once before, and if you still have not taken us up on it, then tonight is the night when it all gets a little easier. When you are taking your little ghouls and goblins around the block, be sure to introduce yourself when the candy givers hand out their chocolates and sweets. Learn names, exchange pleasantries, and make it a point to stay acquainted with those who share your street name. And, just as a reminder, as you go from house to house, be safe, check your candy, and bring a flashlight.
