Pick Up Litter
|
Sure, it’s a cliché, but it needs to be done. We know that litter is bad, but very few of us take time to actually stoop down and pick up a coffee cup or candy wrapper that has been thoughtlessly cast aside. If we all bent down and grabbed that piece of trash we saw lying in nature and deposited it in the nearest trashcan, a lot of drink rings and junk mail wouldn’t end up clogging drains and hurting animals. So, get some exercise today and pick up the garbage that needs to be bagged. Sure, it may be dirty, but you can always wash your hands later.

I regularly make litter patrols around my neighborhood throughout the year, collecting trash and then sorting it into my recycle bins for curbside pick up.
