5 minutes of caring
Be Thankful
|
300 seconds of gratitude never hurt anyone. It's Thanksgiving Day. Find time today in between your usual traditions, such as turkey, football, naps and family, and make a list of everything you're thankful for. Seriously. Grab a pen and paper, sit down, and write a list. Set a timer and see how quickly your list grows over the course of five minutes. When time's up, keep going. In fact, do this activity once a month. If people appear on your list, call or write and thank them. Share your list with others and challenge the world to appreciate life, and never take too much for granted.

"before you go to bed tonight, make a blessings list.
If you dont go to sleep with a sense of joy in your heart,
one of us is a fool."
I make a thankful list every day before bed.
