5 minutes of caring
Shower Quicker
|
Save time. Save the planet. Who doesn't love the stream of warm droplets hitting their back on a cool morning? But, such a simple pleasure can get us in hot water (literally). Chances are, you waste some H2O as you try to wake up and get ready for the day. Instead of your normal allotment of shower time today, try to shave a minute off of your time in there. By shortening your bathing ritual by as little as sixty seconds, you'll save about 5 gallons of water. If you're ready for even more conservation, change your fixture to a lower water pressure model.

I used to be guilty of taking 30 min showers, but now I've reduced my time to half, and am working to reduce it to 10 minutes. Perhaps even less, because of the water crisis we're facing here in Georgia.
