Each year, The Nature Conservancy picks an endangered region of rainforest to protect by allowing regular folks like all of us adopt an acre to be saved. For only $50, you can safeguard a precious part of this world. Adopting is easy, and you even get a cool car magnet to encourage others to follow your lead. Forego a few CD's, some new pants, trips to the coffee shop, or a nice dinner and preserve these forests for the next generation.
