If you take your own toiletries when you travel, those small bottles of shampoo and conditioner aren't of much use to you. Why not put them to good use by snagging them and donating them to a place in need? Some organizations distribute the soaps to homeless individuals to freshen up. Others hand out the hygiene supplies to people staying overnight in hospitals with sick loved ones. And if you don't spend the night somewhere else, swing by the store and grab a handful of the small deodorants or lotions and drop them by somewhere that can use them.
