Eat It All

Clear your plate, for earth's sake.

If you're trying to keep your resolution to lose weight, we offer some advice that will also assist you in wasting less food: only order what you can eat, and eat what you order. With the average household throwing away over 470 pounds of food each year, perfectly delicious food gets wasted. While we also encourage you to pack up your leftovers for a later meal (or as a gift for someone else), try to prevent waste in the first place by not over-ordering. Eat at restaurants that serve reasonable portions and do your part to reduce food waste.
