Your Air Filter

Make a regular habit of changing your filter in the name of efficiency.
If you really got into our checklist for spring, then here's another quick and handy task that can make a difference: change your air filter. By replacing the filter in your heating and cooling system, you'll increase its efficiency, ultimately saving you money while preserving the natural resources your home consumes. You should be doing this at least every three months (or more often, depending upon the HVAC system in your abode), so if you can't remember when you last swapped it out, now might be a good time. Plus, you should be able to breathe a little easier.
