Soy Capitan

Dare to compare: Soy Milk vs. Cow's Milk

While you'd need to be a farmer (or at least own a cow) to put your own dairy milk on the table, setting the table with soy milk won't require a degree in animal husbandry. I've never tried "milking" my own soy bean, but it seems doable (more doable than locating a willing bovine.) But short of the do-it-yourself method, why not try something different the next time you're strolling through your local grocery store aisles, and pick up the protein that is a half-gallon of soy milk, just to see how it makes that Cap N Crunch taste.

We've just started using Silk for our cereal, and there's no difference in taste at all. It did, though, make our mac and cheese taste kind of vanilla-ey. Otherwise, we surprisingly love it.
