A handy tool is available from the EPA. Your Personal Emissions Calculator takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Simply answer some questions regarding your lifestyle, and the calculator lets you know how much carbon dioxide you're releasing into the atmosphere each year. You can also compare your use to see if you're above or below average. But the best part is that it does the math to show you how small changes add up to make a big difference. See your direct impact on making the earth better when you just change light bulbs or recycle some glass!

Earth day was over before I even heard it mentioned. Thanks for the simple step to becoming more aware of our emissions. I also offset some of my emissions at terrapass.com after completing the survey.
