Take the Stairs


Lift those knees, Wheezy.

This comes as no surprise, but did you know that taking the stairs is good for you and saves energy? By taking the stairs you'll let that elevator and all of it's moving electrical parts take a breather. And, you may even burn a few calories in time for your long weekend at the lake. We're not saying you need to hoof it to the top of the Empire State Building, but choosing the stairs rather than the lift for a flight or two might not be a bad idea. But you will miss out on that elevator music.
