What does today really mean?

Many people are spending today commemorating Labor Day by not going to work. We think more can be done today besides grilling out and looking forward to autumn. Spend your day off today (where applicable) thinking about workers' rights. The original idea behind Labor Day was to give hard working people a breather. Take a moment to make sure you're shopping at places that pay a fair wage and have sound working conditions.
