WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5, 2008 Call for Clean Water Tell someone that clean water matters.
Clean water is increasingly becoming more important. Therefore, it's important that you do something about it. Today is National Clean Water Call-In Day. First, see if your representative is supporting the Clean Water Restoration Act. If not, find his or her number and give them a ring. Tell them why clean water is important and that all bodies of water need to be protected so that more than 110 million Americans aren't put at risk. Now is no time to abandon three decades of progress restoring and protecting America's waters. A quick 5-minute phone call can make a difference. |
