WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2008 Get Some Good News Tired of reading the same old bad news?
We often get bombarded by negative messages and we can't help but wonder how we can explain some of these things to our kids. Seek out good news today and share a few of the stories with your children. Maybe it's how the pelican has been taken off the national endangered species list or how kids spoke up for something they believed in. Whatever the story, not all happenings in the world are bad. Bring some positive into your home and it will spread out into the world around you. Remind them to tell a friend and watch it spread. |
