5 minutes of caring
Don't Ever Give Up
Continue to make a difference, you philanthropist, you. One big word used to describe 'saving the world' is 'philanthropy.' And while we may toss that word around to describe the work of many local nonprofits, a quick glance at the definition will convince us of the need to make a difference "over an extended period of time and in regard to a defined objective." So today, continue on a path you've already begun. If you donated some clothes to a shelter, follow-up and volunteer there. If you participated in a walk, help that same charity with their next fundraiser. Continue to make an impact every single day.

When I think of philanthropy I always think of people who are financially well off. Thanks for reminding me that anyone can be a philanthropist.
I do daily giving through several websites http://stopglobalwarming.care2.com/ and www.thehungersite.com <http://www.thehungersite.com> that have sponsors who donate for me. I will have to think of ways to take my giving one step farther. Thanks for the reminder.
