Bag the Garment Bag

Tell your dry cleaner to skip the plastic.

We've all been through that post-dry cleaning pick-up ritual where we rip off the plastic bags and cleaner tags before putting our shirts, dresses and pants in the closet. What to do, then, with that mountain of plastic on the bedroom floor? Most of us sigh and then stoop to gather it in our arms before clumsily stuffing it into our nearest garbage can. Do yourself and the planet a favor and tell the folks behind the counter they can skip on the plastic coating next time, or make them put all of your garments in just one bag.
