The average person puts out about 54,000 pounds of CO2 ever year. Here's some of the breakdown:

• 17,000 pounds from electricity usage
• 8,800 pounds from natural gas usage
• 1,000 pounds from creating 4.5 pounds of trash each day
• 8,900 pounds from driving
• 1,000 pounds from flying
