Can I Speak to Your Supervisor?

We have already shared [why it's important to compliment and tip] your wait staff when you head out to eat. Now, do them one better and compliment them to their superior. It’s a basic rule of human nature (and one that needs changing, in our opinion) that we only rant and rave when we receive lousy service.
