Thawed and browned them, cut them up and made a beef stew. I hope to find these needy individuals by partnering with churches. I have incorporated and have found the 400 fee to apply for a 501-c3 a hard nut to crack. That is more than one bike! I plan to self fund the first year but am discouraged that the fees to keep the corporation current in state fees, city and county business fees and bank charges will consume over 10% of my planned investment.
