If you’re the type who will wake up early on Saturday to return your unwanted gifts or grab a nice discount on holiday-related merchandise, make sure you plan your trip in the most eco-friendly way possible. Just like you batch errands to save gas, batch your returns, too. And, take the car that has the best gas mileage. If you can handle it, try not to make any left turns, and don’t let the car idle for too long. It will take some forethought, but your weekend can be one where you save money in more ways than one.
