TWTP Presents "Defying Gravity"
Tennessee Women's Theater Project presents the Nashville premiere of "Defying Gravity," by Jane Anderson.
This amusing and hauntingly touching portrait of human aspiration focuses on Christa McAuliffe, the schoolteacher who flew in the space shuttle Challenger, as seen by the world, and as remembered by her daughter. "Defying Gravity" opens Friday October 5, 2007 at the Z. Alexander Looby Center Theatre. Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm, with Sunday matinees at 2:30 pm on October 7, 14 and 21. Final performance Sunday October 21. Tickets $15 for adults, $12 for students and seniors. |
