Wine Down Main Street
Wine Down Main Street is a unique wine tasting that takes place along Historic Main Street in Franklin, Tennessee.
Just 20 miles south of Nashville, more than 30 shops play host to wines from around the world. Participants receive a booklet listing the wines and descriptions and a commemorative wine glass. Begin your journey at any store and bring your shopping list! Taste wines, shop, sample food from area restaurants, listen to music from many live acts and enjoy your Wine Down Main Street. Our seventh event is being presented again this year by Hallmark Volkswagen. E-tickets are $75 each and available on line beginning June 15th. There are several changes this year including two large tents to house the many restaurants that provide food tastings for Wine Down Main Street. Wine Down Main Street was the 1st Place winner of the Best Fundraiser/Charity Event in Williamson County. In their first six years, Wine Down Main Street has grossed more than $410,000 for the Boys & Girls Club of Franklin/Williamson County. |
