Nashville Hiking Meetup: Virgin Falls - Strenuous Hike 7:00 a.m.  –  6:00 p.m.

The mystical Virgin Falls is formed by an underground stream that emerges from a cave at the top of the bluff, drops over a 110-foot cliff and goes back into a cave at the bottom of a fern covered sink.

We'll meet at 7 at Kroger to carpool, drive about 2 hours, eat lunch on the trail, drive back to Nashville around 6 or so. Maybe stop for dinner somewhere.

This is an 8 mile out and back, pretty strenous, be prepared for a workout.
