The Next Generation Heritage Foundation Presents 1st Annual ‘Three Blind Wines’ Party 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

This ‘party for a purpose’ was organized to give all wine lovers-from a boxed wine enthusiast to a fine wine aficionado-the opportunity to taste different wines in a comfortable social setting while benefiting a great cause: Save the Franklin Theatre.
Despite their experience with wine tasting, buying, selling, or judging-attendees will have the opportunity to compete and vote in this ‘blind wine’ contest. Winners that bring the most popular wine will take home several cases at the end of the night. Light hors d’oeuvres will be provided, and The Robert Crawford Jazz Trio will provide musical entertainment during the evening. All Proceeds Benefit ‘Save the Franklin Theatre’. Location: The Factory at Franklin (Jamison Hall) Check In begins at 6:00 pm; Event begins promptly at 7:00 pm At 9:00 pm, votes are turned in and tallied and winners are announced. $10 plus appropriate amount of wine 21 & over only-ID’s checked at door The Next Generation Heritage Foundation is a part of the Heritage Foundation of Franklin & Williamson County. The nonprofit Heritage Foundation, which works to protect local historic resources, purchased the 70-year-old Franklin Theatre in late October 2007 for $1.75 million with the plans of renovating and reopening it as a multi-use entertainment facility. This event is one of several planned events this year that will benefit the Heritage Foundation’s efforts in saving this historic Franklin landmark.
