Grand Blanc Asthma Walk - With Radio Disney! 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The American Lung Association of Michigan Asthma Walk will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 9:00a.m. at the Heritage Park Shopping Center, located on Saginaw Road in Grand Blanc, MI, 48439. Registration will begin at 8:00a.m.
Radio Disney will be featured at the Asthma Walk thanks to the generous support of Kohl’s Cares for Kids. Come see Radio Disney from 9:00am to 1:00pm as they host a prize wheel along with other family fun events, and don’t miss their live stage show from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Registration for the Asthma Walk is free for everyone. All participants who raise the suggested minimum of $100 will receive an official Asthma Walk T-shirt. Individual and team prizes will be awarded at various fundraising levels. Families, children, individuals, and teams are welcome to participate. The Asthma Walk will raise funds for lung health education, advocacy, asthma treatments and research. 1 of every 9 Michiganders lives with asthma, and asthma is responsible for more school absences than any other chronic disease.
