A unique and inspiring evening of entertainment, Denver Stories offers a glimpse into the lives of some of Denver’s most well known celebrities, while highlighting one of the community’s most exciting cultural organizations.
Denver Stories is Curious Theatre Company’s largest fundraising event of the season and quoted by the Rocky Mountain News as “Curious Theater Company’s theatrical shout-out to some of our local characters.” This year’s event features the short comedic performances of four original plays, written by local artists and inspired by local celebrities and civic leaders, based on their experiences and achievements in Denver. The evening also includes a cocktail party hosted by local restaurant Cuba Cuba Café and Bar as well as a live auction. Dean Prina, M.D., will serve as Chair of the event for the third year running.
