Throughout the evening, guests can taste their way through the bakery and enjoy samples of gourmet cheeses, pizzas, soups, deli salads and bread bites. To sweeten up the night, Alon’s will offer tastes of housemade chocolate and gelato made with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. And because no event is complete without a libation, there also will be tastings from Alon’s selection of unique wines, beers and coffees. In addition to sampling gourmet food, guests will enjoy a cooking demonstration at 8 p.m., as well as expert tips for pairing various types of food and wine.
