DESCRIPTION:Even though Safe Haven Family Shelter has been around for a number of years, many people are still unaware of the organization and the volunteer opportunities available.  SHFS is in dire need of volunteers.

The Arts At Safe Haven & Childcare Volunteers: The Arts at Safe Haven is designed to enrich the lives of our families through the visual arts, drama and music.  The primary goal is to strengthen the bond between parents and children while they engage in an expressive activity. Volunteers will lead an art, drama or music project for families or assist leaders in those projects by way of childcare or just an extra pair of hands.
