How Budget and Financial Planning Can Create Success (3:30 – 5:30 p.m.) This session is especially relevant to new or experienced board members and staff of nonprofits who are “non-financial” people. Learn practical information about financial statements, including recognizing the most important elements of creating financial success in your organization.
