Denver illustrator, screen printer and 3D artist, Jay Vollmar will exhibit a variety of work pulled from the depths of his collection.
Jay's work is vivid, dark, and often found on gig posters. His attention-grabbing style has done just that on many Westword covers and has been featured in Art of Modern Rock, Communication Arts and Print Magazines. Stop in and drink a beer with Jay for the opening. And if you're a student - stop by at 4:30 for an informal chat. Opening: Fri, August 1, 2008, 6-9pm. Show runs until September 21.
