The StarChefs.com Rising Stars Revue is an awards ceremony and walk-around tasting gala featuring New York’s best up-and-coming chefs and their signature dishes, desserts, wine pairings and drinks.
Tickets are $150 per person and are available online at www.starchefs.com/risingstars or by calling 212.966.3775. VIP tickets are $250 each, and include a pre-gala Champagne and caviar reception beginning at 6 p.m. featuring Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d’Or Champagne and caviar. The StarChefs 2008 New York Rising Stars Award winners are Chef Yoshinori Ishii of Morimoto, Chef Neil Ferguson of Allen and Delancey, Chef Anne Burell of Centro Vinoteca, Chef Gavin Kaysen of Café Boulud, Chef Josh Eden of Shorty’s 32, Chef John Fraser of Dovetail, Hotel Chef Josh Emett of Gordon Ramsay at The London, Pastry Chef Sandro Micheli of Adour, Pastry Chef Vera Tong of Dovetail, Mixologist Somer Perez of The Royalton, Mixologist Sam Ross of Milk & Honey, Sommelier Ania Zawieja of Fiamma, and Restaurateur Jason Denton of Lupa, 'ino, 'inoteca, and Bar Milano.
