Can you volunteer to walk the dogs? play with the kitties? foster sick, injured or underaged animals? Do you have special talents to help us--carpentry? computers?
All individuals 18 years of age and older are eligible to volunteer with us. Those who are 16 and 17 may volunteer unsupervised with parent or guardian permission. Those under 16 may volunteer with a pre-approved supervising adult volunteer. All volunteers must attend one of our monthly volunteer orientations and complete the Volunteer Agreement and Liability Release. These meetings will give you an overview of our organization, relevant guidelines and processes, and a tour of our facility.
