Interested in volunteering with Green Light New Orleans? Even one hour of your time is enough to change the light bulbs in a home! You can also get your friends, your church, your university, your coworkers and your community involved. Each home makes a difference!
Green Light New Orleans sends out volunteers 7 days a week, anytime between 9-5pm. We strive to be very flexible in order to accommodate every volunteer request. Green Light New Orleans is working to reverse global warming by helping New Orleans low- and middle-income families and individuals make the switch from incandescent bulbs to energy efficient compact fluorescent lights, one house at a time.
