Learn how to recycle not only by reusing an item but “upcycling” it into something more functional, useful and even chic. You’ll see quick ideas using items you may already have or can purchase “for a song” at a garage sale or thrift store. Learn a variety of techniques including paint finishes, embellishments and more.
