The Hillsborough River is Tampa’s main source of drinking water. Everything we do on the land impacts the health of the river. This important volunteer event removes eight to ten tons of litter and debris annually from the Hillsborough River.

Metropolitan Ministries in need of volunteers this holiday season!

Metropolitan Ministries is experiencing record breaking numbers of clients needing holiday assistance this year – so many that they need more volunteers to meet the demand. Some shifts have only 50 volunteers where 200 are needed, and that is not nearly enough to serve 1100 families each day.
