The Evening of Opportunity will honor outstanding individuals in our community who are employed through Best Buddies Jobs, celebrate companies who currently employ people with intellectual disabilities and highlight organizations and corporations who have a commitment to inclusion and diversity.

Has you child been eating the same PB and J lunch for the whole school year? Sometimes you can never tell just what to pack your child for lunch, especially if they are a picky eater. Join the Children’s Museum for great tips on preparing your child’s lunch and how to pack it with nutrition for their growing minds and bodies. Not only will you learn new ways to pack their lunch with great food but you’ll also learn how to do it in a “greener” way. Helping the environment and your child sounds great to us and we are glad to be here!

Trucks On Tuesday at the CME

Does your child crave the big rig excitement of the fast lane? How about seeing and experiencing what it’s like to sit in the driver seat of these giants of the highway? Well on October 21, the museum will be hosting another amazing day of Trucks on Tuesday! Every Tuesday the trucks arrive at 10:30 and are at the museum until 11:00. Please note that this event is weather permitting and due to some job requirements, some emergency vehicles may be unavailable.

Parenting Workshop at the Children's Museum in Easton

This workshop will help parents identify, understand and learn to manage their child’s temperament. Parents will be given tips to guide them to encourage their child to value and accept their own individual differences and recognize their strengths.
