Breast Cancer Benefit Golf Tournament

The High Desert Hooters is a team of women dedicated to helping eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease. Every year we participate in a 60-mile walk called the Breast Cancer 3-Day. The Breast Cancer 3-Day benefits Susan G. Komen for the Cure, to fund breast cancer research and community outreach, as well as the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund, to provide an endowment for breast cancer initiatives.

Walk For Animals

Nevada Humane Society is asking animal lovers to join in to help raise $100,000 to provide care for homeless dogs and cats in our community by participating in the Walk for Animals on June 7 at the Sparks Marina.

Healthy Families 4th Annual Fundraiser - Summer Chili Fest

Healthy Families Foundation (HFF) is a private non-profit organization founded to help young parent(s) make a better life for themselves and their families through education. The parent(s) accepted into the HFF Living Scholarship program will be required to attend college or trade school and subsequently earn a degree in the field of their choice. HFF provides the recipient with a Living Scholarship to help subsidize monthly living expenses.
