The Opry Mills Barnes & Noble bookstore will host a book release party Friday, August 1st from 7-11 pm with help from the local non-profit organization, Rocketown. The celebrated book is “Breaking the Dawn” by popular author Stephenie Meyer.

A Day of Healing

Friendship Fiesta at Ten Thousand Villages

School Kit Collection at Ten Thousand Villages

As local children stock up on pencils, erasers and notebooks for school, Ten Thousand Villages asks them to put a few extra supplies in their cart this year for children in need. In many places around the world, students are challenged to collect basic supplies due to natural disasters, war and poverty. Without these supplies, they are unable to attend classes.
