- Famoudou Konate is one of the world's most beloved masters of the West African djembe. Still residing in his village in Guinea, Famoudou tours the United States and Canada each summer, sharing the percussion traditions of his homeland. This is a rare opportunity for percussion students of all levels to study with this highly respected and talented elder.
