Today, investigate another neighborhood. You probably spend lots of time within a small radius of where you live. So, as you leave work, take a new route that takes you to a place you only read about in the newspapers. Eat lunch in a different part of town. Take the scenic route when you pick the kids up from school. If we all took a small amount of time to drive though another neighborhood, our knowledge of the local would expand. And, chances are, we’d realize that most places aren’t as bad as some news stations like to portray.
