If you want to super size something without the guilt, then buy grocery items in larger packages when possible. If you eat a lot of black beans, for example, buy the 32-ounce can, instead of two 16-ounce ones. If you open the larger can today, you can save half of it for the next time you need some (tomorrow, probably). We’re willing to bet that you’ll save a little cash, and you’ll be using less packaging, which is good for the planet. This doesn’t work for every item, but it should for most of what you eat each week.
