Harmony Republic is a new nonprofit that fosters the ongoing development of art. Launched in January 2010 by three entrepreneurs, Harmony Republic supports and promotes socially responsible music, film, literature and visual artists across the country. Later this year, Harmony Republic will begin providing grants to emerging artists who are making a positive impact on society through their art or philanthropic work. Proceeds will help fund creative projects and support artists’ careers. Harmony Republic is also forming relationships with established artists to lend their voice to support the cause.
