I Notice You

A lot of us just want some simple validation. We want to be recognized for the work we’re doing and the impact we’re making. Generate some cool karma for yourself then, by letting someone else know that you notice them. Send a coworker a note and thank them for a job well done. Smile at a stranger at the coffee shop, letting them know you know they exist. Encourage a child as they dance or draw to their heart’s content. Increase the possibility for real human community by taking the initiative to let someone else know that they matter.
