It’s flip flop weather. Of course, this doesn’t mean you need to get rid of your boots, tennis shoes, or other footwear you’re not using at the moment. But, if you decide to do a little cleaning this weekend, here’s what to do with your old shoes:
- Our friends at Soles4Souls will send your shoes around the world to someone in need. (Donate Your Old Shoes will also find someone who needs them.)
- Nike’s Reuse-a-Shoe recycles your old shoes and makes them into sport surfaces.
- One World Running will give the shoes to another runner in need.
