The good news is, you can save a bundle by turning down your thermostat just three degrees. And, to compensate for the slightly cooler weather indoors, make sure to bundle up. By donning a sweater indoors or adding an extra blanket on the bed, you’ll be able to lower that thermostat – and that heating bill. Wearing longsleeves is a small price to pay when compared with rising energy costs.
