The TEAM Centers, Inc. is a unique multi-specialty healthcare facility that provides services across the life-span of the individual, from early diagnosis treatment all the way through adulthood. This continuum of care gives families the hope they need in dealing with the complex and complicated realities of autism and other developmental disabilities. The Family Support Program improves the quality of the lives of families who have a member with a severe disability by providing funding for respite, medical equipment and supplies, etc., that they need to reside in their natural home.
