Positive Cash Flow

We know that money doesn’t grow on trees, but sometimes, it does seem to fall into our lap. It might be (extremely) rare, but every once in a while, we can find ourselves with some unexpected money on our hands. And, while it would be great to blow it all on a fun night out, what if you donated some of it? The next time you sell some stuff online or get a check from grandma, try to give 10% of it away. Since you really weren’t expecting it, you’ll still have more than you thought you would. Right?
